The first Fulbright Day at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) was held on May 1, 2025, as a collaboration between the UAPB Office of International Programs and Studies (OIPS) and the Arkansas Chapter of the Fulbright Association.  Named in honor of Senator J.
