Dr. Anthony Graham, a seasoned academic leader with a proven track record of success, will officially join the UAPB community on July 1 as the Chancellor of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB). He was welcomed at a reception held at the historic DuBocage House in Pine Bluff.
