Poetry Now! A Guided Reading and Discussion Group Focused on New Poetry

This group will meet to read and discuss poems from contemporary writers that speak to our lives today. Participants will gain new approaches to reading poetry of all kinds and leave with a writing prompt to try on their own. Each meeting will cover new material. People are welcome to attend all meetings or to pick and choose. Tuesday, 10/10 at 6:30PM and Tuesday, 11/28 at 6:30PM.

Photography From Cuba

Unfiltered Cuba is a photography series including over 50 photos taken in Cuba by photographer Reynaldo Cruz between 2015 and 2021. Some of the photos were taken on assignment for Holguin’s local newspaper AHORA, but the majority were captured when Reynaldo was working as a street photographer for "I Love Cuba Photo Tours" in Havana. Tuesday, 10/17 at 6:30PM.
