Westchester County’s Element 46 Tech Accelerator Powered by Quay Acceleration recently welcomed 11 innovative startups into its spring cohort. The program will culminate with a Demo Day on June 12, where each participant will have the opportunity to pitch their venture to a room of investors, technology experts, press representatives, government officials, and other key contacts.
Westchester County Executive Ken Jenkins said: “The startups chosen for this cohort exemplify the innovation and determination that Westchester Country entrepreneurs are known for. We are excited to welcome these 11 ventures into the Element 46 program and look forward to seeing what they accomplish during their time with us.”
Westchester County Director of Economic Development, Bridget Gibbons, said: “The ventures chosen for this cohort represent diverse areas of focus in which technology has been applied to solve problems, increase efficiencies, and fill market gaps. We look forward to collaborating with this group of entrepreneurs to advance their enterprises.”
Westchester County Director of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Deborah Novick, said: “We are thrilled to welcome this talented group of founders into the newest cohort of Element 46. Their innovations in fintech, real estate, climate-tech, legal tech, nutrition and mental health, food waste and financial literacy, are promising solutions to real-world problems faced by businesses and consumers every day. This cohort includes both first-time and serial entrepreneurs, which will contribute to a dynamic learning environment for all participants.”

The ventures chosen for the spring 2025 Element 46 program, are:
- Aqxle AI (White Plains): Aqxle builds AI agents that enable marketers to go very quickly from data to actionable insights using a patent-pending algorithm.
- AutoCash.ai (Scarsdale): Built for CFOs, treasurers, and controllers, AutoCash uses advanced machine learning to automate forecasting and support smarter, faster financial decision-making. AutoCash.ai is an AI-powered platform that helps finance teams streamline cash flow management, improve liquidity visibility, and access real-time financial insights.
- LawPair (White Plains): LawPair is transforming how people find legal help. The process is often confusing, with outdated directories and unreliable reviews that make it hard to know where to start. LawPair makes it easier by offering a faster, more transparent way to connect individuals and businesses with the right attorneys through a seamless experience on both web and mobile.
- Rafter (Millwood): Founded by a group of homeowners who understood the common struggles of maintaining a home, Rafter was created to address the complexities of homeownership. Rafter offers personalized support, proactive maintenance, and trusted expertise, aiming to save homeowners time, money, and stress while ensuring their homes remain comfortable and secure.
- Reconcile Me (Rye): Reconcile Me is a fintech platform that brings clarity and control to household digital payments, offering seamless visibility into where money goes and how it's spent.
- Renters Financial (New Rochelle): Renters Financial is an app designed to help renters take the next step toward homeownership. Through its Downpayment Booster Savings Account, renters can start building a path toward their first mortgage — while they’re still renting.
- RiseKit (White Plains): RiseKit is a software platform that empowers untapped talent to find jobs and improve their economic well-being through community-based organizations and job training programs.
- Rosell Studios LLC (Pelham): Rosell Studios LLC is a graphic design and indie game development company that is focused on providing a wellness-forward digital journaling adventure game, The Lost Journal. This game is for individuals to form positive mental health habits.
- Table2Ground (Rye): Table2Ground is committed to reducing food waste and its environmental impact. It provides onsite, in-vessel organic waste solutions that process between 100 and 6,000 pounds of waste per day. In just 24 hours, Table2Ground’s systems reduce waste volume by 80% to 90% and convert it into a nutrient-rich soil amendment, supporting a more sustainable and circular food ecosystem.
- Terrafolio Analytics (Scarsdale): Terrafolio Analytics is building tools that integrate environmental and financial data to support smarter, more sustainable decision-making. Designed for investors, analysts, corporates, and public sector stakeholders, Terrafolio helps address key challenges in the space: fragmented data, high costs, and outdated, non-standardized frameworks.
- Workforce AI (New Rochelle): Workforce AI builds human-like digital employees that join video meetings, autonomously execute tasks, and integrate with enterprise software. The company’s technology empowers non?technical teams to boost productivity and cut labor costs, unlocking a vast market opportunity for work.
Members of each Element 46 Tech Accelerator cohort are chosen in a competitive selection process. Each group comprises up to 12 tech startups and must feature committed founders with at least a prototype of their technology or tech-enabled product.
In the program, each founder is matched with hand-picked mentors who are leaders in technology, finance, business strategy, venture capital, marketing, and other key areas. Participants also gain access to a world-class curriculum on fundraising, customer development, executive management, product iteration, branding, marketing, and more.
The Element 46 Tech Accelerator Powered by Quay Acceleration runs for 10 weeks every spring and fall. This is the sixth cohort produced in partnership with Quay Acceleration, experts in tech accelerator programming and operations.
