Sea Dog Theater presents Awake and Sing! by Clifford Odets, in a bold new contemporary production marking the play’s 90th anniversary. From the creative team behind last season’s award-winning revival of Mitch Albom’s Tuesdays with Morrie, this limited engagement runs October 14 – November 8 at Sea Dog Theater in New York City.
Seating is intimate and tickets are limited—early booking is strongly encouraged.

Joe Bravaco, a former teacher of Language Arts, drama and journalism, is the co-librettist of the musical Sundown, which has been produced at Barter Theatre, VA; Adobe Theater, NM; and Lyric Stage, TX, where it was nominated for Best New Play or Musical by the Dallas Drama League.
His play The Almost and Truly Remarkable Adventures of Israel Potter, based on a comic novel by Herman Melville and written in collaboration with Larry Rosler, has been seen at Oldcastle Theatre, VT; Winnipesaukee Playhouse, NH; and Bluff City Theater, MO. It was a New Play Showcase Finalist at Throughline Theatre, PA.
