The vibes coming out of Kamala Harris’ Campaign of Joy™ are not exactly peachy these days. A series of recent articles have outlined how Democrat insiders are concerned that Kamala Camp, despite having $1 billion at their disposal, is failing to build key relationships, deploy surrogates effectively, and turn out voters of color,  in the Great Lakes State

It’s funny because for the past few months, we’ve heard nothing but story after story about Kamala Camp’s supposedly well-oiled machine, replete with Hollywood productions for field office openings and ad nauseum TV and digital ads, open press events, and surrogate interview pitches.

As it turns out, you can open a thousand offices and hire a million in-state staff, but unless those shiny toys are deployed effectively, they’re really just that: shiny toys.

And since Kamala Camp loves to draw comparisons between Team Trump and Kamala’s Joy Machine, here’s a quick summary of the actual output of these operations so far:

- Black Voters: Kamala currently has the worst polling among Black voters for any Democrat presidential candidate since the 1960s. Black men in particularare not feeling Kamala’s joy, prompting Democrats to go for the break-in-case-of-emergency option of flying Barack Obama in from Martha’s Vineyard to Pittsburgh and soon-to-be Detroit,  so he can call Black men sexist.

- Hispanic Voters: Kamala’s national lead among Hispanic voters is at the lowest for any Democrat candidate in the last four presidential cycles.  

- Union Voters: if historic non-endorsements from the typically Democrat-leaning Teamsters and the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) didn’t say enough, Teamsters polling indicates that their Michigan membership backs President Trump over Harris by an even bigger marginthan Trump’s overall national lead among rank-and-file Teamsters.

- Jewish Voters: in a painful rebuke to Kamala for passing on tapping Josh Shapiro after antisemitic and anti-Israel elements in her party strongly opposed “Genocide Josh,” Kamala has the worst support among Jewish voters for any Democrat candidate since Michael Dukakis in 1988.

- Muslim Voters: in a painful rebuke to Kamala for her overall incompetent handling of the Middle East, Muslim voters are abandoning the Joy Ship in record droves. Polling indicates that Jill Stein (!) is edging out Kamala in several battleground states – with many other Muslim voters now backing President Trump, who oversaw peace in the Middle East, in record numbers.

- Young Men: across nearly every racial demographic, young men are flocking to President Trump. Hopefully having Tampon Tim Walz rallies play side by side with World of Warcraft livestreams will really assuage young men’s concerns about Kamala’s incompetence on the economy and border.

You really can’t envy Kamala Camp’s beleaguered staffers. Even if they had another billion dollars to blow on this election, at the end of the day, they’re still stuck with trying to sell Kamala Harris to the people of Michigan. The same Kamala Harris with a clear record of incompetence and an inability to answer basic questions about the issue at the top of voters’ minds.

Bottom Line: Come over to Team Trump. The vibes are still running strong here.
