Friday November 24th GRAND OPENING
GRAND OPENING AT 6:00PM. Santa will be attending to plug in the lights and take photos with children and families! Uniwyo Credit Union will be securing Santa and Tough Guys will be transporting Santa to the festival via a police escort! The Human Bean of Laramie will be donating 40 gallons of Hot Cocoa. Awards will be handed out to last year's display winners. Toys For Tots collecting unwrapped toys for children in need! Advanced Comfort Solutions will be handing out hand warmers as well!
Saturday November 25th
Support our sponsors and local businesses today! It's shop small Saturday! Check out the lights after your shopping from 4-9pm. Laramie Interfaith will be selling hot cocoa and baked goods for the food pantry!
Friday December 1st
Wyoming Kids Closet Winter Clothes Drive! Wyoming Kids Closet will be selling hot cocoa and sweets and collecting used winter clothing. Please bring your children's winter gear they've grown out of to donate to a child in need.
Saturday December 2nd
Wyoming Kids Closet here for night two! Bring your children's old snow boots and winter coats and enjoy hot cocoa and sweets! Wyoming Kids Closet works hard to help provide children in need and in foster care with clothing year round.
Thursday December 7th
Mountain West Farm Bureau Insurance celebrating their 75th Anniversary! Celebrate with them and enjoy carols, hot chocolate, and hot coffee! 4:30-6:00pm
Friday December 8th
Check out the Downtown Holiday Parade & Train Depot Lighting or skip the crowds and enjoy the Winter Lights Festival nightly 4-9pm! UW Range Club selling hot cocoa and sweets tonight at the concession stand!
Saturday December 9th
Lights and music at 4-9pm. Don't forget to use the QR codes and vote for your favorite displays! Corduroy Queens & Kings 4H Club will be at the concession stand tonight raising money for 4-H
Tuesday December 12th
Sensory Friendly Night lights start early at 3:00pm. Flashing lights and music will be turned off. Please bring your loved ones to the night special dedicated to those with sensory sensitivities and disabilities. Additional details to come!
Wednesday December 13th
Senior Night! Seniors please join us for a fun evening one of two dedicated specially to you. Regency Retirement has been working behind the scenes to spread the word! Additional details to come!
Friday December 15th
Laramie High School Lady Plainsman Soccer Team selling hot cocoa and sweets! Come show your support and help them get their uniforms!
Saturday December 16th
Heart to Heart will be in the concessions stand selling hot cocoa and sweets. They are a Christian, non-profit counseling and medical pregnancy resource clinic that is committed to providing excellent care.
Sunday December 17th
Senior Night! Families we encourage you to bring any and all loved ones: mom, dad, grandma, grandpa. The Winter Lights Festival hopes to spread Christmas joy and cheer to all! Additional details to come!
Friday December 22nd
Regency Retirement Residence fundraising for a new assisted living wing expansion project connected to their independent living facility. Offering a place for Laramie Residents to be able to stay together with their loved ones even when health conditions change. Regency will be selling hot cocoa and homemade treats.
Saturday December 23rd
Eve of Christmas Eve. Merry Christmas! Regency Retirement back again selling hot cocoa and homemade baked goods.
Friday December 29th
Jessica Nicole Photography will be taking holiday photos from 6pm-7pm under the ornament. She will email one free professional photo to your email! Come on out for one free family or couples holiday photo! Laramie Animal Welfare Society will be at the concession stand tonight wishing you Happy Howl-idays and a Meowy Christmas!
Saturday December 30th
This will be the last evening the concession stand will be open this year! Peace of Mind will be at the Concessions booth raising funds for individuals with disabilities and acquired brain injuries.
