Can’t make it? Don’t worry! Ask us for the printed presentation before your child auditions. This is important for you to know about all that is required.
We are thrilled to announce that the theme for our 2025 Dance Showcases will be “Once Upon a Time!” This year, we would love to feature a design created by one of our talented students!
The winning design will be showcased on all marketing materials, t-shirts, and posters for the showcase. Plus, the winner will receive a showcase t-shirt and two complimentary tickets for their family!
Deadline: Friday, December 6th. Email [email protected] with your submission.
Design Guidelines:
- Artwork should reflect the “Once Upon a Time” theme and be family-friendly.
- The design will be featured on t-shirts and posters, so think about how it will look on these mediums.
- Designs should contain no more than 2-3 colors.
For Digital Drawings:
- Use free design tools like Canva, Figma, VistaCreate, or PicsArt (all have free versions available).
- Adobe Illustrator is another great option, though it requires a subscription.
- You can also use any drawing software already on your computer.
- File Types:
- If you use Canva, please share the design with us directly through the platform.
- If not using Canva, the required file type depends on the software used:
- Preferred formats: EPS, SVG, AI
- Some PDF files may also work.
- If using PNG or JPG, ensure it's saved at the highest resolution possible (usually 300dpi).
For Hand Drawings:
- Use blank white paper only (no lined or grid paper).
- Make the outlines as dark as possible to help our screen printer transfer the design.
