Yallfest is Charleston’s Young Adult and Middle Grade Book Festival. The first YALLFest took place in 2011, and was co-founded by Blue Bicycle Books owner Jonathan Sanchez and authors Margaret Stohl and Kami Garcia. It has grown into one of the nation’s most beloved book festivals, spawning a west-coast sister festival in YALLWEST, and it is one of the largest kidlit festivals in the country.

YALLCrawl, 2 - 5 pm 
Friday afternoon book signings with select authors at cafes and shops up and down Historic King Street. 

Free, tickets may be required for some authors.

Fierce Friday, afternoon
Join Fierce Reads at the John L. Dart Library, 1067 King St, for an afternoon of signings and other bookish fun with your favorite authors. (Free tickets required.)

Red Carpet Preview, 4 - 6 pm
This panel with signing to follow is presented in collaboration with the Charleston County Public Library, Main Branch, 68 Calhoun St. (Free tickets required.)
