We're beyond thrilled to announce the release of our 2020 Cabernet Franc. This wine showcases ripe raspberry flavor with a full velvety tannin mouthfeel. Gorgeous notes of cocoa, anise, and black pepper!

Throughout the month of February we like to highlight the full range of flavors that chocolate can deliver. It doesn't always have to be about candies and desserts! So this month we're offering two unique experiences to enhance your visit to the tasting room.

Our elevated flight for the month is an exploration of 5 savory chocolate sauces paired with 5 perfectly paired wines (including the newly released Cab Franc!). And YOU get to play with a selection of veggies, proteins and tortillas to enjoy this exquisite pairing!
Available Thursday-Sunday!

Our second offering for the month is a house-made chocolate and wine pairing. The chocolates were created using local spirits mixed with cocktail ingredients, to mimic the flavors of 5 classic cocktails. Available every day of the month for $15
