For the month of March we like to dive into our Irish heritage, and this month's Elevated Tasting Flight showcases those familiar classic Irish flavors with a fun twist on the presentation!

Come visit us on any day that the kitchen is open
(Thursday through Sunday)

And you'll be rewarded with a choice of house-cured and smoked Corned Beef Brisket from Schrader Farms, or a unique "corned" and smoked Oyster Mushrooms from our friends at Mush Love Greens (right down the road from us).

The pairing portion of this flight comes in the form of 5 unique house-made sauces that were created to highlight 5 exceptional wines.

And as an added treat for St. Patrick's Day weekend (3/18-3/19) we're serving special "Irish Nachos" with our smoked Corned Beef, Irish Cheddar sauce, sides of house-fermented sauerkraut and homemade 1000 Island.
