AAUW-MURFREESBORO welcomes new members with a college degree, including an Associate's. As the local branch of the American Association of University Women (150,000 members nationwide), our mission is to advance equity for women and girls through advocacy, education, philanthropy, and research.  We award annual scholarships to MTSU students and co-sponsor the EYH Science and Math Conference for girls each fall at MTSU.  We meet for dinner, program, business, and networking the second Thursdays, 5-7 pm, September through May.  Check us out at http://www.mtsu.edu/~aauw.
