The mission of Acacia Middle School is to challenge students with a rigorous educational program designed to develop each student’s intellectual, physical, social, and cultural growth. Acacia’s educational program encourages a successful transition of students from elementary to high school and is designed to meet the unique needs of each student to develop knowledge, creativity, and character to its fullest potential. Acacia diligently promotes accountability, responsibility, and pride in oneself, the school, our community, and country.

Our primary focus is on a thorough mastery of academic standards of achievement in reading, writing, and math across the curriculum, as well as the development of study habits, organizational strategies, and critical thinking skills that produce life-long learners. Our goal is to instill in our students those skills and attitudes necessary to become active, responsible, compassionate, and productive citizens of a global society. We believe that this goal is best achieved through an active partnership of a highly qualified staff, Acacia parents, and the community to provide a positive, enriching, middle school experience for all students.

Our Vision of Acacia Middle School is committed to providing a challenging and stimulating curriculum which results in proficiency for all students in all academic areas. Students attending Acacia students will excel academically by reaching and exceeding state and national standards and will become socially responsible and contributing members of a global society. This will incorporate critical thinking skills, technological proficiency, as well as understanding the value of a healthy lifestyle. As educators, our goal is to prepare our students to accept the rigorous challenges demanded by a multicultural society in the 21st Century.
