Across The Pond Veterans Park (ATP) is a non-profit, tax-exempt, group organized to create a 10-acre Veterans recreational park. The Mission of this organization is:  " To honor all members of the military, past and present, providing opportunities, resources and a location for education, socialization and rehabilitation, with the purpose to guide and prepare for the future."  The organization was newly formed in 2017 and has made great strides to the outcome of this new park.

ATP Park will be built in a two-phase project starting with a designated Veterans Memorial area, picnic area and walking paths.  An access road and parking will allow access for all. Phase 2, a longer-term project, will begin as funds are available.  The site will be for Veterans and their families as well as open for all.  Construction will include expansion of the walking areas with seasonal camping for motor homes, trailers and tents; a picnic area, facility building for utilities as well as recreational use, seasonal comfort station (toilets), dump station for mobile waste and a water access area.
