Redwood Empire #1029 is a group of Sonoma County professional females between the ages of 20 and 39 that want to make a positive impact in children's lives.
The Active 20-30 International mission is to provide an opportunity for personal growth, friendship and leadership development while improving the quality of life for children.
Meetings are the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month from 6-730p at Legends @ Bennett Valley, 3328 Yulupa Ave, Santa Rosa, 95405.
In February 1990, Redwood Empire #1029 was chartered by women that wanted to help underserved and underprivileged children in Sonoma County. They chose to not only make financial contributions but donated their time, organized healthy activities and held fundraisers to benefit other non-profits.
Today, our membership is just as committed to those youth as our founding members were. Holiday parties/events, ice cream socials at Bob Burkes and the National Project, KidSpree are just some of the hands-on activities that #1029 members participate in.
