As a member of your community, I value opportunities to network with you all on issues and interests we share. I hope you will indulge me as I talk with you about hosting an international AFS Exchange Student. I would like to ask you to consider hosting.

I volunteer with AFS-USA, a nonprofit leader in international high school exchange that has changed the lives of thousands of students and their families for more than six decades! As a volunteer, it's changed my life too.

We need host families for amazing students for the 2010-2011 school year. You provide a bed, meals, and the same care and concern you would share with a child of your own for a year, semester or a few weeks. Any kind of family can host, and you'll have volunteers like me to support you throughout your experience.
