About Us:

lden Elementary School serves approximately 230 students in grades preschool through six.

Students from Iowa Falls and Alden join together in our building at the sixth grade level. Students then continue their education at Riverbend Middle School and Iowa Falls-Alden High School. 

Alden Elementary strives to prepare all students for their continued education as well as positively impacting the community around us. We believe 'all belong, all learn and all lead to succeed.' 

Parental support and involvement is a key component of student learning. We welcome and encourage parents to be active participants in their child(ren)'s educational lives through volunteer work, membership in Fine Arts Boosters and parent committees as well as attendance at conferences and other school events. 

Alden Elementary uses Wednesday envelopes to send home important information. Parents are asked to check the envelope each Wednesday and send the envelope back to school with their student on Thursday.
