The Alzheimer's and Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin is a partner to those facing a diagnosis of Alzheimer's or other dementia, their families and caregivers - enhancing lives with services from local experts in memory loss, public policy issues and cognitive well-being.
The Alzheimer's & Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin understands that every person touched by Alzheimer's or other dementia will need support to help them navigate the course of the disease. Our professionally trained and personally experienced team offers compassionate understanding of their unique needs and helps them with direct services, information and resources. We use best practices and create innovative programs to support those with dementia-related disorders, their families and the community, through every stage of need. We strive to be an inclusive organization, welcoming all people in need of our services.
We are also advocates in matters of policy and legislation. Our local partnership with the Wisconsin Alzheimer's DiseaseResearchCenter and as professional trainers for local care givers and care facilities provides us with unique knowledge about how to best help people here in our community. We advocate to preserve and enhance resources in south central Wisconsin - and throughout the state - so those facing a diagnosis of Alzheimer's or other dementia disease will have knowledge of and access to what they need to create the best quality of life for themselves and their families.
