American Leprosy Mission is the oldest and largest non-profit in the US dedicated to restoring the lives of people affected by leprosy. We work in 14 countries but our offices are located in downtown Greenville.
 
While most people believe that leprosy existed only in the days of the Bible, millions of people are still affected by it. There are about 250,000 new cases worldwide each year and if they are treated early enough, they can avoid the debilitating effects of the disease.
 
We have many ways that you can get involved and make a difference from right here in Greenville! We are looking for volunteers to assist with mail processing, data entry, reception desk support, thank you notes and thank you phone calls, as well as various special projects. We are also eager to learn more about your skills and talents to discover other ways for our volunteers to contribute!
 
Volunteers are welcome to serve a few times a week, a few times a month or even just for special projects. We will work with your schedule and skill set to find the best fit for both you and American Leprosy Missions!  School course credit and resume building are also available.
