School District Mission

In the summer of 2002, the school board was involved in the process of evaluating and refining the overall school vision, which is “We will serve as a lighthouse for public education in our community.” This means the district will strive to the best of its abilities to provide leadership to

-Inspire high student achievement-
-Nurture responsible citizenship
-Create lifelong learners
-Ensure no child gets lost.

The board and superintendent have joined with all staff, teachers, parents and students to provide exceptional learning opportunities and support for our most valuable asset: our children.
