A sister town is any town in the USA or elsewhere in the world who signs a charter with our chapter and agrees to foster visitations between the two places. At present we have one twin, Andover, England. There have been several trips between each country. Most recently the Andover, England chapter visited Andover, Massachusetts.   We are planning a visit from the English in 2010.  Join us for monthly meetings that are  fun and informative.
