The Anson County Arts Council is a nonprofit organization directed by a 15-member Board of Directors representing a cross section of the county.

The Anson County Arts Council's mission is to enrich the cultural life of the people in Anson County by nurturing and supporting excellence in the arts and to enrich the quality of life by encouraging and supporting cultural arts and educational activities and providing opportunities for all citizens to experience.
