About The District:
The Arcohe Union School District is a rural, one-school district encompassing approximately 88 square miles in the southern section of Sacramento County. The district's programs and services are provided by 30 teachers in grades K through 8 and 29 classified employees. Arcohe serves about 540 students which includes those served in the district Special Education programs on campus. There are approximately 3 classrooms at each primary level, 2 at each secondary grade level, and support services which include Title I instruction, Muller Unruh Reading Specialist Services, school counseling, and English language learner assistance. The ethnic composition of students enrolled in the district is approximately 71.2% White, 22.1% Hispanic, 3.9% Asian and 2.8% Other. The district budget is approximately $3.3 million dollars and the base revenue limit per ADA is $4,459.00.
