The Ardmore Family YMCA offers an indoor heated swimming pool, two racquetball courts, two basketball gyms, an indoor running or walking track, free weights, daily land and water aerobics classes, nautilus equipment, youth programs, virtual spinning room, steam room, sauna, private lockers, locker rooms, and fitness trainers.
