Virgina is part of the Arthritis Foundation Mid Atlantic Region, which serves 5.7 million people with arthritis and related diseases across 5 states and the District of Columbia. Through information, events, research grants, advocacy activities and other vital programs and services, we're raising awareness and funds to help reduce the unacceptable pain, disability and other burdens of this serious health epidemic.

We partner with families to provide empowering programs and information; advocate for state public policies that improve the lives of the families living with arthritis; and fund cutting-edge research in the region to develop new treatments and a cure.
