Artworks Texas has a mission to "bring out the artist" within each child & adult.  Carrie Stevens, owner, works to build self-esteem in all her students in a supportive environment which nurtures creativity.  She teaches painting, pottery, drawing, along with other mediums at her studio & in locations throughout Kaufman county, including Forney.  Classes are taught after school during the school year & classes are also offered during the daytime for Homeschool students.  Summer art camps are taught in Kaufman & Van Zandt counties during June & July.  "Painting with Pizazz", step by step instruction with acrylics on 16 x 20 canvas is taught on Thursday evenings in Terrell.  Mobile painting parties are available for children & adults & Carrie will "bring the party to you" with a minimum of 10 people.  Private parties are also available at her studio, located in the Crandall area.  For more information, [email protected] or (214) 675-9447, www.artworkstexas.com
