The Auburn Police Association (APA) is an organization that is comprised of members of the Auburn Police Department. Each member pays a weekly due to the organization as well as conducts fundraisers such as our annual Softball Game against the New England Patriots. The funding we raise is used largely to assist various non-profit community groups &projects. The APA also uses funding to support various law enforcement efforts when funding is not available through the municipality.

Members of the APA volunteer their time at community functions in addition to the monetary donations the organization makes. In the recent past the APA has offered scholarships to members of the graduating class at Auburn High School, supported the building of a Skate Board Park at the Auburn Recreation Complex, aided in the building a new playground at Memorial Park, assisted local families struck by the tragedy of illness provided toys for children in low income households during it's annual Secret Santa Program, supported the Auburn Fire Department's Explorer Post 11, sponsored the Auburn Runners Club and local youth sports.
