The Aurora Junior Woman's Club/Aurora Children's Dental Services is a not for profit organization made up of women dedicated to serving the needs of Aurora's children for more than 50 years. Each year the AJWC stages a play to entertain the families of the Fox Valley. The cost of the tickets is deliberately kept low so families that ware on a limited budget can experience the joy of seeing live performances. The plays are rewritten, edited, performed, directed and staged by the club members. The profits from the performances go directly back to the community in the form of dental work for children who otherwise would not be able to afford the care. It also funds donations to school theater programs, Make-A-Wish programs and other local charitable endeavors. AJWC/ACDS meets the first monday of each month Sept - May.
