The Avalon Shores Civic Association is the governing body of Avalon Shores, a water-privileged Maryland Special Community Benefit District (SCBD) with approximately 600 homes located on the Shady Side Peninsula in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The only community on the peninsula maintaining a sea nettle net at the beach during swimming season. Featuring playground, ball field, fishing pier, boat ramp and pier, swim platform. Resident decal required for facility use.
