The VegBox shares include traditional vegetables such as tomatoes, carrots, peppers, squash, beets, eggplants, as well as gourmet / specialty vegetables (broccoli raab, cardoon, dandelion greens, black radishes, leeks, radicchio, salsify, swiss chard, etc) plus herbs. Availability changes through the season.

At Balanced Harvest Farm, located in Carmel, we're offering a 16 week CSA Program in 2011. Distributions will begin the week of June 12th. We offer a seasonal array of herbs & vegetables from Arugula to Zucchini in a weekly VegBox. Everything we sell, we grow. It's all locally produced by our family and picked fresh daily. Using our 35+ years experience, we balance the methods of production to insure the most nutritious and amazing tasting vegetables available. Our farm is Certified Naturally Grown. Most varieties we grow are open pollinated, heirloom and all are non-GMO. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
