Founded in 1987, the private, non-profit Baltimore Child Abuse Center (BCAC) unites public and community partners to provide all reported victims of child sexual abuse in Baltimore City, and and their non-offending caretakers, with comprehensive interview, medical treatment, prevention, and crisis counseling services.
