Mission

The Mission of Baltimore Outreach Services is to provide comprehensive services and programs to homeless women and their children. These services include emergency shelter, transitional housing, educational programming, health and mental health services, job training and employment counseling.

Program for adults include a full-time intensive case management, employment analysis and job training, substance abuse treatment, mental health services and housing placement.

Programs for children include a pediatric nurse practitioner, a pediatric children's therapist to provide therapy for the children and their families, and after school and summer educational programs.
