Welcome to Barrington Middle School!

The Barrington Middle School is a vibrant community of middle-level learners located in the southeastern part of New Hampshire.  We are an accredited educational institution through the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and are a long-standing member of the New England League of Middle Schools.  Our facility, constructed as a state of the art middle school in 2004, has a capacity of 666 students and a total square footage of 112,000 sq. ft.  Presently, there are 447 total students in grades 5 through 8 housed on two separate 5th and 6th grade level teaching teams, and two multi-aged (7th and 8th) teaching teams.  Our average class size is approximately 22 students.  Our school made annual yearly progress (AYP) on our most recent (Fall 2011) state NECAP testing in all categories.
