The HealthOne Emergency Care Fairmont and Baywood Imaging Center located off Fairmont Parkway, east of Beltway 8, opened in 2007 to meet the needs of the growing community. Open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week the facility features full service adult and pediatric emergency care; an imaging center for diagnostic imaging services, including CAT Scans, x-rays and ultrasound.
