To identify areas for beautification and improve those areas for the benefit of the community of Carpentersville.

To serve the citizenship of Carpentersville as an independent yet cooperative partner of the Village initiating and facilitating beautification projects that include but are not limited to landscaping and neighborhood cleanup projects with funding provided with the support of Carpentersville business leaders, citizens and members.

BICC is a community based grass roots organization founded primarily to further the common good and general welfare of the people of Carpentersville. BICC is a non-profit, incorporated, charitable entity that relies on its organization of volunteers and fundraising activities to effect civic improvements for the city of Carpentersville.

BICC first started holding official meetings in the winter of 2003. Since then, we obtained our documentation to become incorporated and a registered charitable organization (501 (c)(3)). Although BICC is an organization independent of municipal government, the city of Carpentersville will at times lend resources to projects conducted by BICC as a supporter of the organization.

No contributions to BICC will be accepted or solicited under duress or for undue influence of or for any other organization or individual.

BICC is involved solely with promoting public welfare and is not involved either directly or indirectly with participation or intervention in political campaigns on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office.
