The various parks provided for the residents of Bellevue are the responsibility of the Parks and Recreation Committee, a standing committee of Borough Council. The Parks and Recreation Committee is responsible for maintaining the parks as well as providing for community activities. Bellevue municipal parks include the facilities at: Andrew Bayne Memorial Park, Bellevue Memorial Park and Edward Gillott Field.
