Our Classes are more convenient for expectant parents residing in or near the Lake Wales & Haines City areas and provide a more personal and interactive approach to learning

This 4 week class series provides an interactive format encouraging expectant parent and their support person(s) to feel comfortable asking questions and discussing concerns while learning what to expect during labor and the birth. 

Topics include:
Physical and Emotional Attributes of Labor, Practices & Procedures in Labor and Birth, Labor and Birthing Options, Birth Plans, Comfort Measures & Pain Control Theory/Practice, Breathing and Relaxation, Unexpected Outcomes, and Postpartum Care & More

Doula Services

Birth Doula services are designed to meet the needs of clients who desire extra support from a caring and knowledgeable professional.  It is our desire to help you create the birth experience you want.  Most of our clients feel a greater sense of calm and assurance having a Doula present with them during labor and birth.  It is normal to feel vulnerable or even confused with so much going on with your body and having someone to help ground you and assist you in following your birth plan can be most assuring.
