About Bentley:
Named after popular Michigan educator Carvel M. Bentley, the school opened its doors August 30, 1994 with 480 students in its new classrooms. Unprecedented growth in our community has meant that the school currently houses over 600 students. "We have been fortunate, though, to be able to hire staff to keep our class sizes at an optimal 23 or 24 students," says Principal Jerry Meier.
In 1997, Bentley received accreditation from the North Central Association.
