Bibb Graves is a former high school and elementary in the process of being restored and used as a Community Center. The school was deeded to the alumni association about 6 years ago and is a work in progress. The current high school building was built in 1928 and named after Bibb Graves, the education governor of Alabama. The alumni wishes to continue a legacy that was begun and passed down through great grandparents, grandparents, parents, siblings and various other relatives. The small school has a history of graduating students who went on to great successes in life! We have a group under the auspices of our alumni named Veterans Helping Veterans. We support veterans in every way and have a room dedicated to memorabilia, photos and stories of veterans. The hallway leading to this room is our Honors Hallway where plagues are displayed honoring the memory of veterans and where anyone can honor their loved ones. Our organization is a 501C3.
