The 2011 farm share season is 20 weeks, from June 2rd to October 15th. Over the course of the season, the share size will vary depending on what crops are being harvested. For instance, the fresh lettuce and greens in the beginning don't weigh much, but when the squash, potatoes, and tomatoes come in starting in July, they will weigh significantly more. Generally a full share is enough for a family of three or more. The price of a full share is $475. We also offer a weekly half share, generally enough for one or two people for $300. Payments are due in full by June 1. CSA members can also participate in the growing experience by purchasing a "working share" with their own labor. Labor equivalents are 4 hours per week, every week, for a full share. This is hard, demanding work, so talk it over with Phil before signing up. We will fill slots as we receive payment. Pickups are primarily at the farm on Thursdays from 3:00-7:00 PM.

A limited number of pickups will be available at the Westhampton Beach Farmers' Market on Saturdays from 9:00 to 1:00. If you cannot make a pickup one week, you may have someone else pick it up or we will arrange a donation to a local charity. We promise you fresh, delicious, nutritious food. You are sure to discover some vegetables you love! Feel free to call us with any questions you may have or to arrange a farm visit. We look forward to meeting you.

We are entering our twelfth season farming organically on our 14-acre farm in Jamesport. Our produce includes lettuce mix, tomatoes, potatoes, peppers (sweet and hot), beans, peas, onions, garlic, leeks, squash, melons, kale, broccoli, sweet potatoes, eggplant, dill, basil, parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, cilantro, oregano, sorrel, mint, flowers, pumpkins, vegetable and herb plants, fig trees, and Christmas trees. Everything we grow is certified organic by NOFA-NY Certified Organic, LLC. In addition to our CSA (community-supported agriculture) memberships, we also sell at the Westhampton Beach Farmers Market, the Port Jefferson Village Farmers Market, at our farmstand, and we take special orders.
