• will work in partnership to create an environment where children are challenged intellectually and supported socially in ways appropriate to their strengths, needs, and experiences

• will provide explicit standards based instruction using 21st century skills (communication, collaboration, critical thinking/ problem solving, creative thinking, and global citizenship)

• will align resources to support programs in the school plan that motivate and encourage lifelong learning.
