The Boone County Health Center, located in Albion, Nebraska is a recognized leader in providing a continuum of healthcare to the 10,000 rural residents in Boone, Antelope, Greeley, western Madison, Nance and Wheeler counties in north central Nebraska for over sixty years. The Health Center and medical clinics are the singular and primary source of healthcare for the rural communities it serves. The hospital offers 25 all private, spacious suites, five nursery layettes and two family-oriented obstetrical suites. The Health Center is the hub for five medical clinics in the towns of Albion, Spalding, Newman Grove, Fullerton, Elgin and two-affiliated physician clinics in St. Edward and Cedar Rapids.
The Health Center is a non-profit, county hospital that performs 60,000 procedures annually including laboratory, imaging, screenings, surgery, in-patient stays, obstetrics, outpatient procedures, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation and wellness management.
