A volunteer group of Bountiful citizens who assist and promote the quality of life in our community. Among the services provided are Concerts in the Park, Emergency Preparedness Fair and Emergency Planning. BCSC meets every second Saturday of every month at 8:00am, Bun Basket, 96 S. Main, Bountiful. The public is invited and anyone can be a member of the council.
