About Us

Our largest Briarwood College branch campus, Southington is located on 43 acres in a suburban setting at the base of Mount Southington in Connecticut, just minutes from lively Queen Street, popular for its many stores and restaurants. Also nearby are the famous Lake Compounce Amusement Park and Golf Quest, a family sports center, both places where many of our students find part-time employment, just about three miles from campus.

Residential students under 25 years of age will find two on-campus halls available during the fall and spring semesters. Eder Hall is a townhouse apartment complex with 20 apartments, each featuring a furnished living room, full sized kitchen (where you can save money by cooking your own meals), full bathroom and three bedrooms on the second floor. Each will accommodate seven or eight students, and all bedrooms have cable, telephone and internet access. Eder Hall also offers laundry facilities, a comfortable lobby area complete with computers, and a student lounge for socializing.
