We are an Organic Grass Based Dairy Farm. Our 29 cows are on pasture 22 hours a day in the summer and fed hay and grass silage in the winter. The cows are a mixture of Jersey, Gurnsey, Ashire and Brown Swiss. Most of them have horns. We have eight hundred laying hens which will be following the cows on pasture in the summer. We have a consistent supply of pastured pork, as well.

We bottle and sell unpasturized milk and cream, and we sell pasturized yogurt, butter, and artisinal cheeses as well. We raise our male calves to be beef. We also sell pasture-raised eggs.

This is the second year of our CSA program, and we are offering many different packages this year to meet the needs of a more diversified customer base.
