About Us:
The Burke Manor Inn is located in the heart of the small and charming town of Gibsonville, North Carolina. The house was originally designed and built in 1906 by Clarence Cone, who was a textile magnate (Cone Mills). The house was sold to J.W. Burke in 1911. Four generations of the Burke family lived in the house until it was sold to the Brady Family in 1999.
The Inn is named in honor of its previous, long time owners, Mr. & Mrs. J.W. Burke, who were outstanding citizens in our community, county and in the state of North Carolina. To achieve the dream of converting the beautiful house into a bed and breakfast, the Brady family began the restorations on the house in the summer of 1999. The Inn showcases luxurious amenities with all the same modern conveniences expected in the classic lodging industry while still maintaining the privacy and personalization of an elegant bed and breakfast.
As of January 21, 2011 Lil & Lori Lacassagne, owners of Saint Jacques French Cuisine in Raleigh since 2004, took ownership of the Burke Manor Inn and have fulfilled their desire to create a "get away" which combines exceptional accommodations, food and service.
The Burke Manor Inn, boasts eight spacious guestrooms. Each room has been meticulously restored and is furnished with beautiful antiques and well designed period reproductions.
All rooms feature a private bath with either a Jacuzzi spa tub and separate shower or a European body massage shower, original oak floors, cable lcd/dvd combo TV's, and wireless internet.
