-Burley Trap and Sporting Clays (BTSC) is situated on 50 acres approximately 8 miles southwest of Burley, Idaho. There are 4 traps, a one mile long Sporting Clays course (18 stations), a dedicated FITASC course area, a dedicated 50 bird 5 stand course area and a dedicated 7 station Super Sporting and Sub Gauge course area. There is also a leveled, graveled RV parking area on site. Shooters are welcome, at no charge, to use this dry camping (no utilities) area during events.
-BTSC winter hours (October 1st - April 30) - Tuesdays 4pm-8pm and Sundays 12pm-8pm
-BTSC summer hours (May 1st - September 30) - Can be open 7 days a week by appointment otherwise Tuesdays 4pm-8pm and Sundays 12pm-8pm
-BTSC has recently added Art Hegewald to our sporting clays program. Art will be setting targets at BTSC and helping in the management of shooting events. He is a Certified NSCA Referee, Certified NSCA Instructor, Master Class shooter since 2006, 10 time NSCA All American (2011 and 2012), has 2 National Championships sv,sg (2011) and a World Super Sporting Championship sg (2016). Art is available to answer any questions you might have concerning BTSC shoots, NSCA rules or issues in your shooting at [email protected] .
-Safety is a primary concern at BTSC therefore it is mandatory that all participants and observers of shooting activities wear eye and ear protection.
-For shot fall safety reasons, BTSC requests that no shotgun larger than 12 ga. and no shot larger than U.S. 7 1/2 be used at BTSC.
-Children are always welcome at BTSC. For the safety of the children, a parent or guardian must accompany and monitor the activities of a child or children at all times.
-BTSC is a shotgun only facility. The courses are not designed to accommodate rifle or pistol shooting.
-BTSC is a dog friendly facility. For the safety of the dogs and the comfort of others, dogs must be leashed at all times. We also request that owners pick up after their dogs.
