Cane Creek Farm
Our goal is to give people an opportunity to get back the land and also those that just do not have the time an opportunity to get great ,fresh safe vegetables and meats. We have much knowledge of farming and have learned much from our parents, grandparents and Mother Nature herself.Some were hard lessons but all were very rewarding... We work hard, love kids, puppies ,older folks that never grow old ,"real people" playing music, sunsets, watching things grow,cooking , eating outside and family and friends. Cane Creek is an awesome place to hear Mother Nature wake up in the morning and go to bed at night...Let us show you.

Our farm is located 10 miles west of Chapel Hill and 6 miles South of Hillsborough, NC on the banks of Cane Creek.IT has 2 beautiful creeks on it's west and southern boundary.Besides our 45 + acres of rich open land we have beautiful mature wooded areas with trails throughout for horses , atv or just hiking..WE love to teach others about growing , harvesting and preserving our food.. We have spent many hours with Mother Nature and our farm offers an amazing place for people both young and old to get back in touch! Dreams Come true here.
