Thunderhawk Enterprises, Inc. is a non-profit volunteer organization founded by Ray Thunderhawk which is dedicated to the preservation of the "great" cats. "Big Cat Rescue", our primary focus, is manifested on an individual basis in the rescue of cats from life-threatening situations (e.g. where they would be killed or euthanized), and on a grander scale in the conservation and eventual propagation of the many great cat species.

Mission Statement:
A mission to preserve these magnificent animals and their habitat before their light is extinguished from the Earth. Many of the great cat species are at least threatened; some are critically endangered, like the largest cat on Earth, the Siberian Tiger, whose numbers are down to a mere few hundred remaining in the wild. This is a fight we cannot afford to lose.

Our approach to the rescue of these exotic cats is simple:

They are our equal; we are not their Lord and Master.

They are the four-legged ones, we are the two-legged,

then there are the ones with wings, and the ones that swim.

All are the Creator's beings;

all have a right to live, and live well.
