Century Villa Health Care opened in 1987 with the simple philosophy of the golden rule; “Caring for others as you would have others care for you”. This philosophy is shared by all that are entrusted with caring for our residents; your loved one. Century Villa Health Care is family owned and operated. The owners are available daily to ensure continuity of care. This provides immediate response to staff and family member’s needs and assures the highest standards of care for your loved ones.

The name Century Villa was selected in honor of Janet’s grandmother, Blanche Frakes, who lived over 100 years in Greentown; thus Century, and Villa as “home”. The comfortable, home-like environment is located in a country setting, previously the Frakes’ Farm. Residents enjoy the quiet of the country quaintness of a small town, the sounds of birds singing and monitoring the harvest growth versus the hurried, hustled sounds of city life. A 2 acre stocked lake adds a serene, picturesque view that is enjoyed by residents and family members who delight in fishing for the catch of the day.
